BSNL Network in Rajgagpur is not working

BSNL network in the rajgangpur is not working since 4 days, we are in the cement company and unable to make the calls. we are facing the problems since 4 days as follows

1. No out going

2. No incoming

3. always showing network error

4. After tried several times we make a call in a day.

please make the network operational.
