O GENERAL AC MACHING
INSPITE OF REPEATED EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS SERVICE MAN HAS NOT TURNED UP FOR SERVICING

I had Bought an Window AC Machine from OGENERAL. One "mistry" was sent by the company to install the machine. Somehow he installed the machine. But the machine is making lots of noise and the cooling is also not satisfactory. But inspite of repeated calling no service person has turned up.

The service center (ROHIT REFRIGERATION) of OGENERAL is the worst center. The company should look into the matter.

my next step will be to approach DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM.
