Iam Mr. P.Jagadeeswara Rao from Hyderabad. Yesterday 01-06-09 i was recharged my mobile with BSNL topup 221 TO 9490941304 by one your retailer 'Shiva Std Point' located Beside Chandabrothers Showroom, Chikkadapalli, Hyderbad. But the amount 200 is not credited into my account. As i asked him why it happened, He told that he is not responsible and gave a customer care no. 940024365 which is not working. Here iam giving details about that recharge which are on Transaction slip.
