Incoming email not working

Dear Sir,

I have made several complaint to Mr Mohan JE of Brodband services Indira Nagar Bangalore most of the time he ask to comtact on 25257189 telephone no. Nobody pickup the phone at this number. My complain is that mat incomming mail is not working most of the mail returned to sender stating that the email receipent has no valid address. my all the work is totally depend on emails from devlopers and scientist who gives their contribution to the nation.

Please help us out to resotre my mail services.
