Wrong Comiitment of customer care

Dear sir,

Since past 12 days i hav been complaining about deactivation of Subscription based text service.

But customer care is not deactivating this service. Everyday Rs.10 is been debited frm my account.

So i request u to deactivate this service nd credit my balance.
