I brought a laser printer 2015dn in December. Since than, that is not working properly. 5-6 times repaired. Last complaint is in pending since 14th April. Printer is at HP Centre. Engineers not responding at all, even not picking the phone. already write to so many senior officers, but no one is responding. Neither returning printer nor money.
