I had booked a villa in Omaxe City lucknow scheme. As per the approved plan /layout of the villa (approved by LDA) there was a permanent RCC staircase with mumity and covered area of 110 sq. mtr. but in contract agreement covered area was mentioned is 105 sq.mtr.(total area in both case is same)
In addition to this at actual construction site Omaxe is denying to contruct the permanent RCC staircase with mumity which is clear cut deviation from approved layout of the villa.
Further Omaxe is charging too much approx 40% of basic cost as development charges .please suggest me whether it is justiable. Alo tell me is there any limitation for development charges? if yes pl tell be under which rule.
