Onam Aggarbatti and ACT Chilli pack
Mistake in bill and item not found in packing

On dated (25.06.2009), I purchased some items from Big Bazar Jaynagar Bangalore.

I purchased Onam Agarbatti 100g having printed price @Rs.40/- but surprisingly I found that in bill the rate is Rs.50/-. IT IS NOT MATTER OF RS. 10 BUT TRUSTING OF BIG BAZZAR... COINCIDENTALLY I FOUND THE MISTAKE... IF I AM NOT FINDING OUT THEN???

Moreover, I have purchased ACT CHILLI Pack of Rs.10/- which is not found in my packing. This is the third case in one year???

Looking to the above, please help me to resolve the problem.
