One of my Consignment from Chandigarh to Karnal with Docket No 153078710 dated 10.09.2008 was not delivered to me till date. i called one of On Dot Representative Mr Puneet on 0184-4043106 regarding this, his way of talking was very bad and not co-operative. I think the service by on dot going worst day by day.
