Not deliverd of my packet by on dot courie

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have sent a packet by On Dot Courier (Auth Frenchisee-Kalakar Services, Alipur, Delhi-36.)having consinment no-300397011, Dated-04.06.08 for Ludhiana. But till date it could not be delivered. I am shocked after speaking to this person. He called himself Mr. Rangarajan (Manager Custemmer care, On Dot Courier Delhi) and his phone number is -9971095305. This person is challenging my competancy and understanding of the things. Mr Rangarajan says that, I am not giveing any information about your Packet and you are free for any action. I am not sure what kind of education Mr Rangarajan has acquired, he does not have any manners and does not know how to speak with people and instead of finding the cause within system he is pointing my mistake. He told that You are not doing any thing against me. I see you.
