Courier not deliverd

Sir/madam,

this is to bring to ur kind attention that i booked a courier slip no. of the courier is-260612029 on the date 13/10/09 from panchkula-134109.

it was supposd to b delivered to indore-452001. but till 2day its been 10 days but the courier has not been deliverd... and d online status is showing that it has been deliverd in jaipur...

i hv always been using ur courier service but this is the first time we r facing such kinda problem...

fr a reputed company lik on dot... dis kinda service or mistakes are not expected...

i hop u'll tak sm action to it... as the courior contains some important documents...

hop to get ur reply soon... else i'll b taking a legal action...
