I didn't get my PF amount

My PF A/c No. DL/22862/562. I have worked as Team member. my Employee in ONICRA CREDIT RATING AGENCY OF INDIA LIMITED .His HO Address:--14, Kaushalya Paark, 2nd Floor, Hauz Khas, NEW DELHI -110016..I have applied for PF withdrawal on 10.04.04 but still i didn't get my PF amount. Already i spoked with my concern person at ONICRA Office. But nobody is giving proper information regarding this issue.i am applied 3-4 time but no respond.
