HELLO SIR,

I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT THRU PHONE (0446678300) WITH THE COMPLAINT NO - N5080062. BUT SO FAR NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR PEOPLE. I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT TWICE BUT IN VAIN.. LET ME KNOW WHETHER ONIDA SERVICE PEOPLE WILL LOOK AFTER MY AC OR NOT.. OR ELSE I WILL FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT SINCE I HAVE THE VOICE RECORED WHILE LODGING THE COMPLAINT.. THEY PROMISED ME THAT THEY WILL SEND THE ENGINEER WITHIN TWO DAYS..
