I was bought a two split A/C with in 6 months it make a problem . i was contact the Onida service center they take a compliant they give me a compliant number B182 they told me with in two days we solve your problem . after two days no responsible . again i was call them they told me . the same dialog with in two days. it is continue ten times . after i was fire them after they told we sent the mail to our office we don't have a spare parts for the A/C . so please wait with in a two days we received that spare and we will come . it is continued for ten days still no action for my complaint . what i do.
