Ac in not working

Ac is not working from last 7 days, i contact to customer care service also she give me the Complaint no

B 1566 but till now on come to resolve our problem. Moreover she give me the complaint no.on 18.05.2009

and every day i use to call that lady she answer me by "today our executive come and solve your problem.
