I purchased a AC from onida company WT18 window ac on 31 march but on the next day its control panel was not working and it consumes 10 to 11 amp current but company claims it to be 8.5 to 9.after so many requestsAC was replaced and i got WG 18 but it is still consuming 10 to 11 amp current i want to ask why company claims false commitments and also their service and response to e-mails is very poor i am frustrated by buying this product.
