Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that I, Manish Ojha bought an Onida Microwave and Bajaj Food Processor on 9th March from HomeTown, Yerwada, Pune. The executives at Home Town assured me for a demo on next week-end as none of my family members is at home on weekdays. We called the Hometown reception at 020-66405800. They gave us the contact number of Mr Mohanty - 09822385371. Mr Mohanty assured us to that he will call us within 15 mins but he never turned up. After a week or two, We went to Home town (warje to Home Town is around 25 kms) and told the representatives (Mr tiwari) there that now we are fed up of the post sales services and we do not want these products any more as there is a limit of patience. We had a heated arguement but they did not co-operate with us. Lastly loosing all our hopes, we sent a mail to [email protected], [email protected] and then we got a call from Home town for demo session. I told them very clearly that its been a a month and a half now and I do not want the products, but all in vain.
We as customers have wasted a lot of efforts (Time, phone calls and Money in terms of buying the products and going back to Home Town), but did nt get a bare minimum service which every customer deserves that too from such a leading companies like ONIDA and BAJAJ. If these kinds of services keep on going, it will lead to high level of customer dissatisfaction.
