PCB FAULT

Sir,

we have purchased the fully automatic washing machine lost year now PCB is not working, we have given the complaint (306380945 on 8.05.2008) at CRC Indiranagar Bangalore 560038 . They are telling that PCB is not available and should come from Bombay Head office . please look it into it as we are facing lot of problem . please take necessary action at your end as soon as possible.
