I am native of Cochin (Vaduthala). My Onida Tv had a complete shut down on April 9th. The company service personnel attended the complaint next day and he cleared all the things except the audio. There was no sound for the T.V for many days. Few weeks after he came and took away the board. Till this date my complaint is not properly attended. I have planned to tell this to my friends and relatives. The poor service of the company have resulted in this.
