I had purchased a ONIDA microwave oven from M/s vasanath and Co North Usman Road T Nagar on 6th August. ONIDA was informed by M/s Vasanth and Co to come and demostrate the use of the oven to me but till date no Onida person called or came to demostrate the use of the oven.
M/s Vasanth and Co. informed that they have talked to ONIDA at 66783000 but this phone number is a bogus one and no one picks up this number.
