I have purchased onida one tone split air conditioner in the month of may model no SZ12GRL2, SERIAL NO SZ12GRL12 12SGAL0108006303 from local dealer m/s shetye sales syndicate mapusa goa, since i have bought this unit i repent as continuously its not been functioning properly, as many a times it does not cools and water continuously flows from the lowels . i have complaint about this on several occasion but nothing has been done and service peoples attitude is very casual. Time has come that if i continue using this air conditioner i may have to make a trench in the room to allow water which flows from the lowels in the room to pass out, above this it is just working as a fan.
