Onida Split AC
No response for a service complt no D214 (12/04/09)

I booked with Onida AC service centre for normal service after 1 year.

My complaint No is D214 which is booked on 12th of April.

Till now i made 100 calls to get the service done but not happened yet.

I got the Onida AC for it well known brand, but due to the irresponsible service centre, Brand name is spoiling.

I dont know why this is happeneing.

I have spoken to one Mr, umesh His no is 9710448628.he committed me by last week but he failed.

The service centre No is 044-32973243.

I love onida brand very much&but now i am very much unsatisfied why i got it.

pls take necessary action or else, Onida name will perish in the market.
