With regard to the above i have two amc's with adonis pvt ltd and the same has been in force for the past 8/10 years covering two tv sets. such being the case I have of late observed that there is a inordinate delay and lethargic attitude in attending to the complaints. recenttly I have placed a request for a service for my 21 KY Thunder model vide their complaint ref no.09111156381686 of 21/11. till now ie 25/11 @ 7.15 pm, i have not received any communication regarding the status of my complaint nor ssnyone has come to attend to the same.
with such negligent attitude towards the complaints, i am very much at loss to lodge such a complaint against the company. if this is taken in the right sprit it will go a long way in good customer relationship or so called.
