Dear sir,

With reference from market ONIDA Brand name we found top in TV marketwith your quality service support. So we have purchased Onida T.V.

From M/s Virani Electronics,

Very second day T.V we complaint to dealer for TV Screen is Jumping. Our dealer launch complaint to Customer care center. After 7-8 days your engineer has come and Solve the problem.

But from last nine months 5 times we called for same problem all time your engineer solved the issue temporally.

From last nine months experience is very bad & pathetic. After complained to service center no one attend before 8-10 days & its very painful exercise. our TV is under Warranty.

Now we want fresh new TV set on replacement of my TV set & we closed this problem forever.

or else you are forcing us to go Consumer Court.
