DONT BUY ONIDA AC AT ALL, THEY HAVE MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER CARE WE GAVE COME ACROSS TILL DATE. A CENTER CALLED ADONIS IN DELHI WHICH ALSO DEALS WITH GURGAON. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNTRAINED STAFF.

THE GURGAON CENTER NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE OR DIRECTLY DISCONNECT THE CALL.

THE CONCERNED PERSON IS SITTING IN KARNAL AND RUNING THE CENTER IN GURGAON. iF U CALL KARNAL HE DOST NOT HAVE TIME TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND BUSY WITH HIS BUSINESS.

AMAZING HE DOESNT KNOW WE ARE THE ONE RUNING HIS BUSINESS. ONIDA REALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ELSE SURVIVAL IN THE MARKET WILL BE DIFFICULT. THERE ARE MANY OTHERS OFFERING BETTER CUSTOMER EXPRIENCE.
