Dear Sir/Madam,
I don't this is the right forum to log the complaint, but i am very much frusted about the GM dealer Pashankat Auto, Pune-Banglore Highway, Pune. I have given my car (MH 12 CY 3392) for Minior Denting & Painting for Bonnet.
Initally they said that this can't be repaired, this has to be replaced, then i fight for that & finally they agreed to repair that, Earlier estimation was Rs 5000/- final bill they have subsmited is 1-. This process took more than 3 weeks.
Finally i received the car, with following defect (Note - before given for repair everything was fine)
- AC was not working
- Wind screen water jet was not working
Agian i had given back the car to dealer & he found that this has bitten by rat, so pashankar is saying this is not our fault. If you have to repair, i will have to pay for that. If the car is in his custody, they are responsible for all the damages.
If any body can help me to take it up to consumer court or at senior level of GM India to show that how the dealers are cheating to customer, will be very help full to me
