Sir,
I had got a mail from Orange Telecommunications Development Company of England (OTDC-081511, TICKET NUMBER 085-MXW9) that my mobile number has won (9847670312) lucky draw of price $ 3, 000, 000.
They are saying that they need a fund release order from financial officer of U.K to release the fund and when I contact the financial officer they are asking for money ($ 750) to issue the fund release order.
You please check whether it is true or cheat. If it is true please help me to get draw amount of 3 million.
The following documents are attaching with this mail.
1) certificate of award from O.T.D.C
2) reference letter from O.T.D.C
3) scanned copy of the FRO Application
4) A scan copy of Oscar Alex Dwayne’s British International Passport as proof of identity.
5) RE: FUND RELEASE REQUIREMENTS letter from NATWEST BANK PLC
6) Letter from Financial Services Authority
