Hi..

im HDFC Credit Card user. But I very dissatisfied with bank's services. Actually, I used HDFC credit card but because of some personal reason i didn't pay according to the billing cycle on due date 22 Aug., which has been already over. Then i got call from bank's Collection Department, i.e. ok but their caller/agent (Mr. Rajiv Kumar) behaved rudely with me even used abusive language with me. I think which was not a part of their services. I think the person forget that he is on customer services. The number where from i got call i.e. 919417746868

I really very disappointed through HDFC's agent.
