Quality of the metal and the plastic is not good orbitrek device is made in china. Orbitrek machine broke within a year and i have used it only for a month and they colleced 400rs has AMC (Annual Maintanence charge) and they took the machine from my house and they have not returned it for more than 2weeks. When I contacted their customer service they were really rude and they will only tell lies and nothing else
