With due respect, it is submitted that I am a resident of OCF Estate (62/4/H), Shahjahanpur -242 001. I had submitted my all details alongwith the photograph before last UP assembly election but my name was not added in the voters list and no one has visited on my above address for enquiries for voter list and voter cards. Before 10 years, a team was taken our photograph for voter id cards but that cards was not provided to me and still I havnt received my voter id card. I shall be highly obliged to you if you could please look into the matter and arrange to include my name alongwith voter id card.
