Atm card not working since issue

Sir, my account is with obc bank from two years and a atm card was issued to me after 8 months at that time i dint recieved the pin code for atleast 2 months then the bank re issued the pin to me but it was also not working since then its about two years when i go to the bank they use to tell me to reapply for the card again and again i am fed up of all that sir please help me to get the atm card, i will be very thankfull to u
