Sir,
I am account holder of OBC, Batra branch, New Delhi. but there customers dealing is very bad even they not talked with them in proper way. there is a lady who is presently incharge of same branch treated everyone not in proper way. One day when I and My father go there for issuing cheque book they argu with us said that u cant take cheque book its not in rule book i told her whats the reason she said "closed the account mai aise logo ko apne bank mai account nahi rakhna chahti" this is not with us i have seen that this lady treat same like this with many more acc. holders. she always behaving like its her own bank and she is owner. she is not one mostly employees of this branch leave there counter with out any reason.
plz do needful action againts whole branch and that incharge also
