Have not given any claim of the insurance

Sir/Madam,

I have made a insurance of my car from 'Oriental Insurance Company' and approx. two and half years ago my car damaged accidentally. But they haven't given any claims for this.

My car number is- HR- 38K 3771. Owner's name- Air transport Assam LTD.

I request you to solve my this problem and help me to claim my price of the insurance.
