I purchased Four orient fans (summer pride) 48 inch blade on 03-04 from GEE Electricals & Appliances, R.P. Road Secunderabad. since then 4 time complaint - vide no.257 on 27-05, 736 on 30-08, 353 on 15-06 and 102 on 13-06, It is very sorry to say even after payinf high price the fans are very very poor quality
and always troubling and company is giving 2 years warranty, when I argued with service centre to replace this defective fan their reply is they cannot do anything and advised me buy some other good quality
fans. Technicians also accepted that quality level is reduced to increase their sales, and company has to recover advertising charges
paid to Cricketer M.S.DHONI is possible only if fans are sold at every one or two year period. I became helpless with their answers, itis my fate that I beleived Orient fan. I suggest and advise to all new buyer
NEVER BUY ORIENT FAN AND OTHER PRODUCTS OF ORIENT
Otherwise they have to cry and regrett all the time.
