Posting to this user has been temporary dissabled/ addition of new frnds has been dissabled

Hi,

im anuj gupta..

when i used to send any scrap to my frnd..

an error is their posting to this user has been temporary dissabled..

this error highlights not for evry one, but in some cases...

and also im not able to send any friend request...

it is temporary dissabled...

plzzz resolve these 2 cases...

on urgent basis...
