Error in adding friends

Sir,

i already complete about my problem, i just want to make good friends, that why i am just sending decent friend request to orkut user or my friends, but it show error addition of friend request is tempereally disable. please tell me what is my fault, i just send good message not using offinsive language, just want to make good friends, why its happen again and again. please. solve my problem. and give me reason about this problem happen. i am waiting for your reply
