my self sourabh bansal and we having a big showroom in our city and we are working from last 50 yers we are publisher and book seller . sir this incident happen on 1st of sept. this month in morning one of u r agent came to our shop and ask us to sing. on register but he didnt mention document no. on the register after refusing to sing without number written on the register he use very rough languge and gives warning to not deliver any post at my shop n use very bad language then i dint give him back the post envolp and the singing slip attach with post .after some time the main agent came at my shop to collect the ad but when i told him all incedent he didt gives us satisfide answer then aslo we didnt give back the singing slip back and i write a complanint letter to you but in eveing owner come and feel sorry so we forgive tham. but after 10 days we came to know that same person when send us one more letter your agent return that letter back to sender and write on the top of the letter that party refuse to accept sir its very hearting thing we cant explain how much porblem we have to face due to them sir we recived more than 50 couriour form all india n all publiser are very reputated farms sir pls take any action or imfrom us and if u cant able to do any think and also imform us so that we can to somethink at our lavel we can send letter to all our publisher to not to use your service and if we can and big lose so we can go for legel action than you will responsible for every think sir your couriour is very reputated multinational comp.and we hope you will take some serious action so your repotation will not hurt my add. sourabh bansal .co AGARWAL SAHITY SADAN, KOTWALI ROAD .
