ID being hacked

Hello sir,

One of my friends Id was hacked. Fortunately his password was not changed. But many of nude contents were added to his profile. Along with it.. Many other social groups were added in the profile.

What security do we have for the same. How can we trace the person who hacked it. And also photo were added in the profile. That may be a risk even.

Please suggest what can be done.
