Illegal posing of data and photo graph

I wish to strongly mention that some bidy has illegally has placed information on orkut.com net work in friends area and this has started creating problem to me and my family members. I wish to take legal action against orkut if it would not be removed emmediately. I would also like to request the administration orkut to remove the data placed against akanksha, Jsr along with photograph.
