Somebody Put a Wrong Photo on My Orkut account

Dear Sir,

Some Body Put a Wrong Photo of a Girl which is not of my name and the Profile is orkut.co.in/Main#Profile.aspx? rl=mp&uid=15809713408288993136.As I have send all the Messages on My Scrap that this is not me. Please Take an action against the Person who has changed it and Orkut is not Coperating in Giving my Password which is lost. Thanks
