How to know the total PF contribution

Hi Sir/Madam.

I Mr. Raju Malkar Presently working with Outsource Partners International since from last 7 Month's, Now i want to change the company. The problem is that i don't know how to know the total PF contribution and how to draw that amount OR how to continue with new Organisation.
