Parcel has come but empty nothing inside

Sir, I have received one parcel (empty box) from overnite courier service consignment no. is 700314210. Sir Guruji.com from Bangalore has sent to me a parcel i.e. MP3 music player, I received parcel from overnite courier service but box is empty nothing inside. Therefore, it is requested to you pl. find the fault.
