Overnite Courier
Undelivered Envelope

I requested HSBC bank to send my loan account ststement on May 2nd. They courier it through "Overnite Couriers".

When I called bank they said it was in transit as of May 7th.

To my surprise when I try to track the courier in their website, it doesn't displayed any results.

I complained the same to the bank amd they said they were able to see that the courier is in transit.

I had even tried to contact this courier people through phone... they never answered the call.

I never saw such a hopeless courier service till now.

Hello... Courier people can you able to hear me???!!!
