I had booked a courier from Delhi to Kolkata on 18th June. The AWB number was 20045939. It returned to Kolkata on 25th June and the reasons stated was that there was no person at the specified address also it was told that the recipient was called and it was a wrong number. Firstly there was no calls made from to the concerned person and secondly the number was not a wrong number. Then when the courier comes to Kolkata I get a call from your head office that I should get the courier from your office in Tiljala. Then the next day when I call up your customer care they say it will come to the branch from where I booked it and I should call them up. When I call the branch office they first ask me from which company I am calling, when I tell them the courier was not sent in the company's name they say still I must be from some company. What is this as if no personal couriers can be booked. Further the person then tells they have got no intimation from the head office. Again I go on calling the head office and branch office and after 2 days ultimately I get the courier delivered to me at my address. My point is why I was harassed so much? Why there was no call made to the recipient in Delhi? I am thoroughly disappointed with your services and am not going to avail your services again and would recommend the same to others.
