At Lucknow, U.P., I received an envelope from Pune today, November 12 consigned around November 7 with their marking of 639065140 with the envelope torn and stapled for closing the envelope. There was a cheque inside which thereby was torn and had staple impressions on them. Do you have buffoons working for you? My contact #9935007844
