M/S HSBC bank has sent me a documents through Overnite express limited on 29th of may. The documents no is 634560742. On checking through the site of Overnite express a remark was found that the addressee has shifted on june 3. We would like to tell that we have not shifted anywhere from our house and it is a gross negligency on the part of currier service by not delevering imprtant document to us
