Delay issuing ogf new connection

We apply for the connection for 90 kw but none of the employ havent even suvey my place for new connection, i have apply it on in 1st week of july but till now nothing have be done and there is no commitment from any official till yet, i have deposited full fees of the connection i.e rs.1.66 LAKHS hopefully after this my request will be conside
