Money debited but no top up

Hi

my e-wallet id is 99171323XXXX. today morning (1st september) i used oxicash.in mobile recharge (flexi recharge) to topup my mobile 9676752XXX (Airtel) with 49 (SMS offer) it gave an error 101 and i didnt get any topup for my mobile. But amount is deducted from my e-wallet. so please see this issue and give back my money or do 49 topup for my mobile.
