Phone screen

When i try to use the buttons of the screen i need to press over the button to activate the option because if i pressed on the option itself it doesn't work. i think the problem is in the allignment of the screen. kindly note that my phone is still in the warranty period so i hope doing the needful as i can't use the phone properly.
