Software Problem's

I have purchased P1i business phone 4 months back. I supposed to work smoothly but to my surprise iam facing many problems:

1) handsfree is faulty.

2) Software in the phone got corrupted

3) Mobile network is weak. The phone loses network very fast.

The service centre here are not very qualified. Can anyone assit me in solving my queries?
